GREG MARCHBANKS
Greg began his career with Century Development Corporation in Houston, Texas, a major commercial real estate development firm. He then joined Prime Cable in 1982 and later served as CEO before the company was sold in 2000. He directed Prime Cable to diversify its interests into other communications businesses outside the cable industry.
He serves as the CEO of Prime IX Investments, a holding company of private equity investments.
Through the Marchbanks Company, Greg has investments in real estate and private equity. In 2006, he joined forces with Liz Lambert, the creator of the renowned Hotel San Jose in Austin, Texas, and Bill Gernstein to form Bunkhouse Group LLC, a hotel management group. Greg serves on the Texas Capital Bank – Austin Advisory Board. He also serves on the Texas Business Leadership Council.
Greg received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

BILL GERNSTEIN
Bill began his career as a financial manager at Humana, Inc. After Graduate School Bill held leadership positions at the Clarkson Group (a Family Office), The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and SBC Communications (AT&T), where he focused on strategic planning and corporate development. Bill moved to Austin in 1999, where he was president and CFO of HealthAnswers, Inc. Bill joined the Marchbanks Company in 2003. He has worked on over $2 billion in merger and acquisition transactions in the telecom, media, software, hospitality and real estate sectors. Bill earned an MBA from Washington University and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University.

ANN SCHWARTZ HEFFINGTON
Ann began her career with Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&) as a business strategy consultant, advising numerous Fortune 500 clients. After graduate school, she held business development and executive branding positions for a global luxury hotel brand as well as a full-service hotel brand with Carlson Companies in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed transactions with combined values over $1.5 billion during her tenure. She is extensively trained in the luxury travel sector and extended her expertise to localized independent and boutique hotel projects when she joined the Marchbanks Company as a Managing Director in 2010. In 2016, she founded Open Six Interests and specializes in hospitality, focusing efforts on business turnarounds, investment opportunities and consulting in Austin.
Ann holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and three undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked domestically and internationally.

Natalie began her career in publishing, at Penguin Random House in New York, before moving into marketing and sales in the travel and lifestyle industry. In 2013, she moved to London, where she worked as Marketing Coordinator and Sales Manager in the New Businesses division of Abercrombie & Kent. In her spare time, she broadened her knowledge of design and the built space through coursework at the University of the Arts London. In 2016, Natalie returned to her hometown of Austin and joined the Marchbanks Company, embarking on her first development project: The Commodore Perry Estate. Today, she provides design, brand, and creative direction on behalf of the Marchbanks Company across all development projects.
